Sintra Homes, home builder at Daniel's Orchard, is the proud recipient of three 2009 Prism Awards for Best Product - Housing. Two of the three awards went to home plans built in Daniel's Orchard; "The Filbin", presently located at 617 North Hickory Street and "The Azalea", located at 619 North Hickory Street. Both homes are currently for sale.
The Prism Awards are presented by The Charleston Trident Home Builder's Association. Judging for "Best Product" is based on exterior and interior design, functionality of floorplan, curb appeal, use of interior space, special design features, construction techniques and/or materials.
